Ireland.  As part of its ongoing development the Foundation wishes to recruit

A CORPORATE WELLNESS, COMMUNITY AND SCHOOLS CO-ORDINATOR TO SUPPORT OUR SERVICES

We require a Part-time/Full-time Co-ordinator to support the Nursing Services offered to our communities throughout Ireland. The Marie Keating Foundation is a registered charity working to increase awareness and reduce the risk of cancer within all sectors of the community.

We promote information on all the most common cancer types including information and awareness on reducing the risk of cancer and detecting cancer early detection and the importance of a healthy lifestyle in eliminating cancer as a life threatening illness. We provide practical support services for those who have survived cancer or who are living with cancer and we work with other organisations to optimise efforts to reduce the risk. Our ethos is “making cancer less frightening by enlightening”.

You should be available at least 4 days per week, this job requires both remote and office working. The office base is in Lucan. The role entails providing administrative support to all our health care workers and drivers issuing schedules weekly and extensive networking across all healthcare providers, communities, corporate groups, schools and specifically targeting marginalised groups most vulnerable to cancer

You must be able to demonstrate excellent written and telephone communication skills with an empathetic nature, have excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail, a good understanding of the need for audit and quality assurance, report collation and writing, good understanding of Microsoft office and have the ability to input to the CRM System and access reports. Experience in similar administration or marketing roles would be a benefit
