Ingredients (serves 2)
- 250g Smoked Mackerel fillets skinned and boned
- 200g Glenisk Organic Crème Fraiche
- 1 tsp of dijon mustard
- Juice of one lemon
Method
Add all the ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth.
Serve with some oatcakes and/or carrot & cucumer sticks. Perfect for lunch time or a snack on the move.
