This is an opportunity offered to people who have taken part in our Survive & Thrive programme to discuss openly how the programme was for you. It is of interest for us to know what the benefits and challenges were for you particularly and if there are any outstanding issues that you would like to discuss given the opportunity in a meeting like this. It will hopefully give you the opportunity to meet up with some familiar faces from the programme too.

We would love to see as many of you as possible in attendance so that we can take your views on board and make further difference to cancer survivors following on from yourselves
