The Marie Keating Foundation will host a free online survivorship workshop for men and women recovering from cancer as part of our Survive and Thrive series. The Survive and Thrive workshops will include advice from a health care professional on issues that cancer survivors often face including living with uncertainty, managing stress and fatigue and changing nutritional needs.
These survivorship workshops will begin on Tuesday the 31st October with a practice session from 6 pm to 7 pm and will convene each Tuesday at 6:15pm to 9pm for six weeks beginning on the 7th November. We will round out of the programme with a workshop from Look Good Feel Better on the 19th December.
November’s programme will be facilitated by Marie Keating Foundation Nurse, Marie Dempsey and cancer survivor, Yvonne Joye.
The course is free to attend but places are limited and registration is essential.
