“How you can get to know your cancer”

To increase awareness of advanced or metastatic breast cancer (MBC), the Marie Keating Foundation and Europa Donna Ireland invite women and families affected by MBC to a free seminar in House, Lower Leeson Street, Dublin on Friday 11th October.

The seminar runs from 1pm to 5pm and will cover a number of topics such as-

  • How to live and eat well with MBC despite the bogus cancer cures
  • the right questions to ask
  • how to understand your cancer and its treatment
  • Decisions to make

The day will also include afternoon tea and addresses by qualified speakers such as Dr. Nicaola Elmer from St. Luke’s Hospital and Dr. David Grimes,  cancer researcher, physicist and science writer.
