The Marie Keating Foundation’s BRCA Online Meetings are designed to give, men and women with a BRCA 1 or BRCA 2 diagnosis a safe space where they can meet others who are on a similar journey and share experiences together.

This session will be coordinated by a Marie Keating Foundation nurse and a trained BRCA Peer to Peer volunteer who can offer additional support if needed. This months session will take place on Thursday, 23rd October at 6pm and all are welcome.

Special Guest Speaker Sinead Murtagh:

“I’m Sinead, a cancer nurse specialist for over 20-years, an integrative psychotherapist, yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher. I am dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to individuals impacted by cancer or having the breast cancer gene.

With a deep commitment to holistic wellbeing, I am passionate about combining mind-body healing practices to support emotional and physical resilience.
I endeavour to create a safe and nurturing space to guide restorative movement, conscious breathing and calming meditation, to empower individuals in reconnecting with themselves and cultivate inner strength.

My aim is to provide practical tools to manage stress, enhance wellbeing, and foster a sense of inner calm.”
