The Marie Keating Foundation is proud to launch our Strategic Plan 2026–2028.

Over the next three years, this strategy will guide our work as we continue to help people reduce their cancer risk, recognise the early signs of cancer and ensure everyone affected by cancer can access the information, support and services they need.

Our mission remains clear: Saving lives by helping people lower their cancer risk, recognise early signs, and feel supported and connected at every step of a cancer journey.

The strategy is built around four key priorities:

• Saving Lives
• Living Well
• Reducing Health Inequities
• Organisational Resilience

Cancer is affecting more people than ever before. As demand for our services continues to grow, this strategy sets out how we will strengthen our work in prevention, early detection, support, survivorship and advocacy, while continuing to reach those who need us most.

We look forward to delivering on this strategy over the next three years and continuing to make a difference for people and families across Ireland.
