It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Sonya, we are grateful for the time you spent with us as a Community Nurse in 2017, inspirational in every way, you helped so many because of your own lived experience. We are truly grateful to you for that, you are beautiful inside and out. Our heartfelt sympathy goes to your husband Don, and your children that we all heard about, Alex, Isabel and Isaac and to all your family. Go gently Sonya, Rest In Peace
